Our Focus
The San Francisco office is home to professionals who provide accounting, tax, and consulting services to domestic and foreign-owned private, public, and not-for-profit enterprises in a wide range of industries. These industries include financial services and institutions, construction and real estate, health care, manufacturing and distribution, technology and life sciences, and not-for-profit organizations. Our tax specialists are recognized as leaders in tax services for both SEC and privately held companies. We provide a variety of specialized consulting services including SAS 70 reports, royalty compliance services, and cost segregation studies. We have a full-service wealth services and wealth management practice geared towards Business Owner Succession Services (BOSS), as well as a Transaction Services division.
The San Francisco office’s commitment to workplace excellence and wellness drives our community involvement and focus. For years, Moss Adams staff and partners have given their talents and time by serving on the boards and committees of some of San Francisco’s most prominent local community organizations, as well as being volunteer instructors of accounting seminars and classes at local universities. In 2010, we were privileged to sponsor the Stern Grove Summer Concert Series Annual Gala and the Hanna Boys Center Anniversary Gala. Our personnel participate in many other San Francisco-based organizations that focus on improving the quality of life for people, such as the Family Giving Tree Back to School Drive and Holiday Wish Program, laptop donations for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, the annual Walk for Hope to benefit women's cancer programs, and Pets Unlimited, a veterinary center that provides charitable care and shelter for rescued animals.
We are active members of more than 15 regionally based trade associations, allowing us to contribute to the growth of business and industry groups in the Northern California region through board memberships, event sponsorships, and program development.
