Our Focus
The Silicon Valley office is home to experienced professionals who provide accounting, tax, and consulting services to Bay Area private and public companies, as well as not-for-profit enterprises. Our industry concentrations in the Silicon Valley are technology and life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, health care, and construction and real estate. Our professionals concentrate on tax and assurance services, including SEC/corporate finance, international assurance services, domestic and international tax, and state and local tax. Specialty consulting areas include royalty compliance, IT consulting, and business risk consulting.
Our Silicon Valley professionals are involved with and dedicated to the community through various charitable and non-profit organizations such as the Walk for Hope, Family Giving Tree, Pets Unlimited, and the Volunteer Tax Assistance Program. The partners and staff also give their time and talents to programs at local universities, including Santa Clara University, and hold board memberships in TechAmerica, BayBio, and Astia. We are active in local chapters of regional and trade associations, and sponsor events for the greater Silicon Valley community.
