In November 2009, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) issued their report on the 2008 inspection of Moss Adams LLP. The PCAOB’s review identified two audit deficiencies related to use of other auditors and classification in the statement of cash flows. Inspections are designed to identify and address weaknesses and deficiencies in how a firm conducts audits, and include reviews of selected audit engagements and quality control matters. The scope of Moss Adams’ inspection was determined by the PCAOB and we were permitted no opportunities to limit of influence the scope.
