We believe in building one-on-one relationships and giving you a voice at the firm as well as a seat at the table when you first walk through the door. At every stage of growth, you'll have mentors and a career advisor who will work closely with you to develop the skills to advance and become a leader.
Support for Your Success
Our partners are nationally recognized in their fields, and they’re deeply involved in your career development. With our low partner-to-staff ratio and supportive environment, you'll benefit directly from our leaders' extensive technical, industry, and business knowledge. You'll also gain a deep understanding of our clients' operations and challenges.
Life isn’t about how many hours you spend at work. It’s about being smart and resourceful, sharing fresh and relevant ideas with clients, being engaged in what you do, and having time at the end of the day to enjoy what’s important. It's an approach to work that's rooted in our vision and values, and it's about getting the job done and the most out of life.
And because balance is different for everyone, our culture allows you to discover and define what balance means for you. But don’t just take our word for it. Moss Adams has been recognized by several organizations, business journals, and national publications as one of the best places to work.
Our client base has a national and international reach, and it’s been that way for decades. We’re deeply immersed in IFRS, serving clients in more than 44 countries. We're also a founding member of Praxity, AISBL, a global alliance of independent accounting firms that provides trusted expertise in more than 90 countries.
What does this mean for you? You’ll have the chance to work with multinational clients and collaborate with coworkers from different cultures and geographies. You may even experience a global assignment working in a foreign office of a Praxity member firm.
We encourage a variety of perspectives and value every voice, because everyone deserves the same opportunity to reach his or her full potential.
Forum W: Accelerating Women's Careers
A good example of how we operate is Forum W, our efforts to improve how we attract, develop, retain, and advance talented women at Moss Adams. Forum_W engages women throughout the firm in a dialogue about their experiences and goals. It encourages mentoring and networking and matches our top-performing women with leadership opportunities.
Our dedication is paying off: Moss Adams has more women partners than most public accounting firms. In fact, the American Society of Women Accountants named us one of the best accounting firms for women. We’re honored by this recognition, and we’re committed to being an employer of choice for both women and men at every stage of their career.
Each year, we award our Diversity Scholarship to up to 12 bright, ambitious college sophomores interested in pursuing a degree—and a career—in accounting. Established by the Moss Adams Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the $2,500 scholarship is applied toward tuition and related costs for students who are chosen.
We select students based on a number of factors, including academic achievement, demonstrated leadership skills, extracurricular activities (particularly leadership roles in diversity organizations), and effective communication skills. The scholarship is available to students from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, women, LGBT individuals, military veterans, and people with disabilities.
To be eligible, applicants must have approximately three years remaining in their coursework, be pursuing a bachelor’s degree (with CPA eligibility) in accounting or a related field, and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applications are due in March each year. To learn more about the scholarship and its requirements, or to apply, visit the application page.
Work-life balance is an important part of our culture. To support you in your career and personal life, we offer a full range of benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
