Moss Adams has established some of the highest ethical standards in the accounting industry. It has created an independent advisory position to oversee the firm’s professional ethical practices. Officially titled “Independent Observer,” this person monitors the firm’s governance and helps evaluate internal efforts to build legal, safe, and ethical standards. This position is currently held by Mr. Jeffrey Van Duzer, a graduate of Yale Law School, Dean of Seattle Pacific University School of Business and Economics, and an Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics. Mr. Van Duzer’s work ensures that ethical behavior is a common and integral part of our firm’s culture, which translates to client service, which translates to value for you.
