The San Francisco Business Times chose the Silicon Valley office as one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area in 2015 and 2016. In addition to our commitment to workplace excellence and wellness, we strive to have a positive impact in our local community through various charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
The Silicon Valley office founded our region’s annual Helping Hands Day, during which employees from our four other Greater Bay Area offices—San Francisco, Napa, Santa Rosa, and Walnut Creek—join us to provide hundreds of volunteer hours to local not-for-profit organizations, including Family Giving Tree, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Habitat for Humanity. We participate in volunteer activities throughout the year to support these organizations, including the Family Giving Tree’s Holiday Wish Drive and Back to School Drive. Our reach also extends overseas. Through buildOn, our professionals have traveled to impoverished countries to help build community schools.
Our professionals are also active members of several regionally based trade associations, including Silicon Valley Leadership Group, The Indus Entrepreneurs, and California Life Sciences Association. Our involvement allows us to contribute to the growth of businesses and industry groups in Northern California through board memberships, event sponsorships, and program development.
