Moss Adams admits Seung Yoo as partner in Silicon Valley

SILICON VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 11, 2016—Moss Adams LLP, one of the largest accounting and business consulting firms in the nation, announced the addition of a new partner, Seung Yoo, to its Silicon Valley location.

“Seung’s experience, particularly his extensive history with complex tax projects in Asia, will be a great asset for our clients,” said Steve Vidlock, partner in charge in Silicon Valley. “I’m very pleased to have him join our team.”
Yoo has practiced public accounting since 2006, focusing primarily on multinational corporations. He specializes in corporate income taxation, helping clients with a range of complex federal and international tax matters, including intercompany transactions, business combinations and postmerger integration.

Yoo offers a broad scope of services, including accounting for uncertain tax propositions, stock compensation and Subpart F analysis. Operating across numerous industries, he specializes in life science and technology companies.
