Moss Adams appoints managing director of new technical accounting consulting group

SEATTLE, Nov. 15, 2017— Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting, consulting and wealth management firms in the nation, announced Dee Mirando-Gould as the managing director of its new technical accounting consulting group.

“Over the last few years, we’ve noticed a significant increase in requests from clients for consultative guidance to assist them in adopting and implementing complicated accounting guidelines and policies,” said Eric Miles, Moss Adams partner and a leader in the consulting group. “This trend led us to create the new technical accounting consulting group and hire Dee to lead it. I’m very confident in her ability to assist our clients with their accounting and reporting challenges.”

Mirando-Gould joins Moss Adams from MorganFranklin Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience addressing issues, such as revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, debt and equity instruments, derivatives, business combinations and lease accounting.
