Moss Adams Announces Two New Partners

SEATTLE, Apr. 27, 2021—Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting, consulting and wealth management firms in the nation, is pleased to announce the addition of two new partners.

“While the last year has been marked by uncertainty and disruption, I’m confident our new partner additions will help our clients weather these times and continue to grow and prosper,” said Marke Greene, partner in charge of specialty tax services.

Kristina Allan has joined the firm as a partner in the international tax practice. She has practiced public accounting since 1998, focusing primarily on strategic cross-border structuring and effective tax-rate and cash-tax planning for global businesses, both outbound and inbound. She also has expertise with acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring transactions.

“I’m very pleased to be joining such a well-regarded firm, and I look forward to helping clients navigate their unique tax challenges,” said Allan.

Doug Wibbing has joined the firm as a partner in the international tax practice. He has practiced public accounting since 1991 and has extensive experience providing international tax services to clients in a variety of industries. Wibbing specializes in inbound and outbound international tax issues with an emphasis in merger and acquisition and corporate restructuring planning, structuring of cross-border financing arrangements and related accounting for income tax implications.
