Compensation

Salaries at Moss Adams are competitive with national and international accounting firms. Salary and performance are reviewed annually, with increases based on skill development and accomplishments.

Free counseling services are available to staff, spouses, and children through our Employee Assistance Program.

Paid Time Off

Client service staff receive 25 days of paid time off (PTO) each year for vacation, personal time, or sick leave. Administrative staff members are eligible for a PTO benefit that is based on length of employment, up to 25 days each year. PTO balances can reach up to a maximum of 200 hours.

Travel

Moss Adams reimburses all business travel expenses. Most Moss Adams employees do not travel a great deal, however, because the majority of our clients are located near our offices.

Memberships

The firm pays employee membership fees for state societies and other selected professional organizations.

Alternative and Part-Year Schedules

Alternative schedules are available in most locations. Many part-year staff are eligible for year-round benefits.
