Rob has practiced public accounting since 1998. He provides state and local tax, credit, and incentive advisory and compliance services to large multistate and multinational companies and their owners in a range of industries. He also advises clients on state income tax and incentives related to corporate expansions, acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations, and entity simplification projects.

Ryan Kuenzi, CPA, Principal, Moss Adams

Ryan has advised businesses and owners since 2004. He’s a trusted business consultant to various food, beverage, agricultural, timber, and manufacturing and distribution businesses. Ryan provides federal and state tax-related compliance, consulting, and planning services, including those related to tax-saving opportunities, entity structure, and growing and preserving taxpayer wealth.

Angela Wilhelms, President & CEO, Oregon Business & Industry

Angela joined OBI as president and CEO in September 2021. Before joining OBI, Angela served as secretary to the University of Oregon’s board of trustees, where she played a critical role in establishing the university’s governing practices and operations. Prior to joining the university, Angela had a successful career in public policy.

Jon Isaacs, Executive Vice President, Public Affairs, Portland Metro Chamber

Jon has served in his role since January 2019. With more than 30 years of experience, Jon has held senior positions, and achieved significant political and policy victories in campaigns, public affairs, and public policy at the national, state, and local levels. Prior to joining the Chamber, he served as the public affairs manager for Uber Technologies, representing the company in Oregon and most of the Western United States, and as the chief of communications and public affairs for Portland Public Schools (PPS) from 2012 to 2016.
