Michelle has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, and is experienced in multi-asset class allocation, portfolio construction, and macroeconomic analysis, as well as traditional and alternative manager due diligence. As chief investment officer, Michelle leads the Investment Research and Portfolio Management (IRPM) team and the Investment Committee (IC). She’s primarily responsible for aligning investment research and analysis to serve the needs of clients.

Dominic has provided financial planning solutions and investment advice to clients since 2013. Primarily serving closely held businesses, executives, and families, Dominic helps clients prepare for transactions, retirement, and other complex wealth management needs by leveraging his expertise in cash flow planning, investment diversification, and risk management.

Dominic also focuses on the wealth aspects of estate planning, including multigenerational planning, gifting, and charitable giving strategies.
