He has 20 years experience in the employee benefits field and his areas of expertise range from small employers to large public sector organizations. Aaron often helps mediate the communication between HR professionals and CFOs. He holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley.
A consultant for the past 20 years, Holly has worked with a diverse group of clients to meet a variety of human resource needs. She specializes in compensation consulting to closely held businesses and non-profit organizations across a wide range of industries, including high tech, bio tech, health care, insurance, social services, real estate, manufacturing, professional services and retail sales. She is certified as a behavioral coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. She holds a MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Washington, and both a MS and BA from the University of Kentucky.
