The modular nature of the SCORE! program makes it very flexible. This format allows dealerships to focus on their weakest areas immediately and apply additional modules as needed throughout the year.

After an initial SCORE! review, dealers may choose to continue only with modules that address areas that remain problematic. Using as few as one or two modules per year is an effective way to "inspect what you expect." SCORE! can be an invaluable support tool for your office staff, providing the reassurance that appropriate control procedures are in place.

Each SCORE! module focuses on a single area of your dealership, testing the actual transactions to see if your procedures are being followed.
