Dealership Valuation Services

Moss Adams wrote the book on valuing dealerships: NADA’s Management Guide: A Dealer Guide to Valuing an Automobile Dealership. (For more information on this book, go to www.nada.org.) Our staff of over 25 credentialed professionals have performed valuation assignments for over 500 dealerships, and are available to provide business valuation expertise on a national basis. Assignments include valuations for buy/sell transactions, estate planning, succession planning, purchase price allocation, financing and various forms of litigation.

In addition, we provide appraisal services for transactions in which dealers sell off an individual franchise or their personal goodwill assets. Our dealer services team is experienced in assisting with new point proposals or other expansion planning.
