The Moss Adams Month-End Close is a training system designed to facilitate and streamline the month-end closing process while enhancing department communication within your dealership – all tailored to your dealership’s individual closing needs and style.
A Moss Adams dealership consultant works with your controller and other department managers to create and implement a tailored closing process. The first phase typically involves a one-day site visit and three subsequent monthly visits. Once the new system is in place, follow-up visits to monitor the process are scheduled as needed.
