The Profile XT™

The Profile Assessment™ (The Profile) is an evaluation tool for putting the right people into the right jobs. What’s more, managers and trainers can use this tool as a guide to help manage and train more effectively. The assessment measures a person’s learning abilities, occupational interests, and key behavioral traits, providing you with a report comparing them to a customized benchmark we will work with you to create.

The Profile report indicates an individual’s learning abilities and how well he or she understands and reasons with numbers and words. It describes the degree to which the individual enjoys working with people, mechanical, technical, financial/administration, creative tasks and enterprising environments. The Profile gives an analysis of key behavioral traits that are related to the requirements of any particular job in your organization. The result is a comprehensive report that can guide the decision-making process when selecting new employees, selecting employees for training, and selecting employees for promotions or reassignment of duties.

By reducing the incidence of improper selection, increasing the effectiveness of training, and sharply cutting the amount of turnover, the Profile helps eliminate or reduce many of an organization’s expenses. The Profile XT™ is administered online and typically takes 1-1.5 hours to complete. Once the candidate has completed the assessment, the results will be sent to you via e-mail.
