The Valuation Services Group is a full-service valuation and financial consulting practice that provides supportable and timely valuation analysis and consulting services. We have provided Uniform Standard Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant valuation opinions for thousands of financial advisor practices and books of business. USPAP is the generally accepted standard for professional appraisal practice in North America.

Our valuation experience includes valuations for most every conceivable reason, including: gift and estate tax, litigation, divorce, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ESOPs, and planning purposes. Because of our diligent process and capable staff, we have had success in the final disposition of these matters through IRS conferences, informal negotiations, sworn depositions, and court appearances. We believe this is an absolutely essential part of our overall package of services, and we dedicate all of the resources necessary to ensure the strength and ultimate success of our position. Our work product has been tested before federal and state courts, including the U.S. Tax Court, the Department of Labor, as well as other governing bodies.

Undergraduate degrees are in business administration, accounting, economics, engineering, finance and industrial design, with graduate degrees in business administration, finance, and tax.
