Agricultural Marketing Cooperatives
Moss Adams serves a significant number of agricultural and supply cooperatives. We have a deep understanding of the economic drivers facing patrons and cooperative organizations, as well as traditional accounting and tax issues such as cooperative equity accounting and patronage versus non-patronage analysis and planning.
We have a growing commitment to the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC), National Council of Farmer Cooperatives (NCFC), Agricultural Cooperative Council of Oregon (ACCO) and other working groups to which cooperatives belong, and several Moss Adams professionals are actively involved in NSAC and hold high-level positions within that trade organization. Members of our Food Processing and Agriculture group are also active members of the Northwest Food Processors Association.
