Case History
Our Food and Agriculture specialists are in the home stretch of a four-plus year BOSS engagement for a long-time client. This engagement started with a strategic planning session nearly five years ago, when we helped our clients determine that they should have a plant in California. We helped them accomplish that goal by purchasing an existing citrus juice plant in Corona, California, which they operated for two years. Due to significant industry changes, the company found itself struggling to maintain margins. Accordingly, we have now helped them work through a merger with the second-largest private-label juice bottling company in the United States.
