Chris has been practicing public accounting since 1988, specializing in international tax planning and compliance for inbound and outbound businesses. She has extensive experience with Subpart F issues, export incentives, cash planning, FATCA readiness, and treaty planning. She works closely with internal accounting and tax teams with respect to international tax planning, ASC 740 documentation and analysis, implementing and monitoring transfer pricing strategies, conducting due diligence reviews, and establishing global service platforms.  Chris has worked with a variety of companies, primarily in manufacturing and government contracting sectors, and has experience with public, private equity, and closely held ownership groups.
