Biography
Oscar has practiced M&A tax consulting since 2019. Prior to that, he worked for a decade as a corporate and tax attorney.
Oscar advises private equity firms and corporate clients on M&A transactions, providing tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling services to assist his clients and other stakeholders to identify tax risks and opportunities. His experience spans a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, and professional services.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Oscar worked in New York at a Big Four firm serving both preeminent and middle market-focused private equity firms on all tax aspects of M&A transactions.
