Erica Heinrich Named by FIVE STAR as Best in Client Satisfaction

Erica Heinrich, Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, has appeared in the April 2008 issue of Seattle magazine as one of the 2008 FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Managers. This is the second year Erica has appeared on this list.
The 2008 FIVE STAR Wealth Managers is an elite group, representing fewer than three percent of the wealth managers in the Seattle area. In a survey conducted in October, 2007, an independent research company asked 41,000 high net worth Seattle residents and subscribers of Seattle magazine, as well as 6,250 leaders of financial service industry companies, to evaluate wealth managers they know through personal experience on nine criteria:
- Customer service
- Integrity
- Knowledge/expertise
- Communication
- Value for fee charged
- Meeting of financial objectives
- Post-sale-service
- Quality of recommendations
- Overall satisfaction
