Northwest Public Power Association Bulletin Features IT Consultants Yardley and Damon

The NWPPA Bulletin featured Arleen Yardley and Greg Damon, information technology consultants in the Northwest Consulting Division, as columnists in its May 2007 issue.
The article, “Managing technology changes,” reviews how utility companies can minimize their risk in managing technology changes and upgrades. It also discusses that using a systematic process of identification, planning, development, application, integration, monitoring, and testing of proposed new or upgraded technologies in the organization will minimize the impact on operations and reduce the risk associated with the change.
