Moss Adams LLP Announces Rebecca Pomering as CEO of Wealth Management Division
SEATTLE, Wash. (May 12, 2008)—Moss Adams LLP announced today that Rebecca Pomering, practice leader for the firm’s Financial Services Industry consulting division, will take on a newly developed position as chief executive officer of Moss Adams Wealth Advisors LLC, the wealth management division of Moss Adams LLP.
Current managing partner Mark Jaeger, will become the chief operating officer focused on overall operations, technology, and portfolio management.
Ms. Pomering will focus on integrating Wealth Advisors within the firm and growing the practice in Moss Adams’ key geographic areas of Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico, and Arizona. Moss Adams Wealth Advisors currently has over $800 million in assets under management.
Ms. Pomering joined Moss Adams in 1997, providing practice management research and consulting services to financial advisory firms. Rick Anderson, chairman and chief executive officer of Moss Adams LLP, says, "While we recognize this change will reduce our current resources for assisting other financial advisory firms with their practice management needs, we are excited to capitalize on Ms. Pomering's deep understanding of this business to help grow our own business in the western part of the United States."
