Moss Adams LLP Announces 14 New Partners
SEATTLE (Oct. 9, 2008)—Moss Adams LLP announces the admission of 14 individuals to the partnership in October. In recent years, the firm has admitted a record number of partners, including 29 in 2007, 20 in 2006, 14 in 2005, and 11 in 2004. The firm currently has 252 partners, 50 of which are women (20%). These figures are consistent with the firm’s growth and gender initiatives.
Please welcome the new partners:
Amy Apiado, Portland, Ore.—Amy joined Moss Adams in 1999 with one year of public accounting experience. She graduated from Oregon State University and works in the Wealth Services practice, focusing on the management of family relationships, estates, and trusts.
Darci Boyle, Portland, Ore.—Darci joined Moss Adams in 2000 with 10 years of public accounting experience. She received her Master's of Tax from Portland State University. Darci works in the health care industry, focusing on health care clinics and physician practice groups.
Derek Criswell, Stockton, Calif.—Derek joined Moss Adams in 2000. He graduated from Sacramento State University and works in the Financial Institutions group.
Mark Fitzpatrick, Seattle, Wash.—Mark graduated from Oregon State University in 1994, earning a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance. He joined Moss Adams in 2005 after a working for a large national firm. Mark currently serves clients in the Manufacturing and Distribution and Dealer Services groups. He is also part of the firm’s SEC and International Services groups.
Rob Grannum, Everett, Wash.—Rob joined Moss Adams in 1998 after graduating from Seattle University. Rob helped start the firm’s Cost Segregation group in 2002 and was appointed the Cost Segregation group leader in 2007.
Louise Hanson, Everett, Wash.—Louise was hired in 1999 after graduating from Western Washington University. Louise is the Everett office leader for the Financial Services group.
Lars Landrie, Moss Adams Wealth Advisors LLC , Everett, Wash.— Lars joined Moss Adams in 2001 and is a member of Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, an independent registered investment advisory corporation. Lars specializes in personal financial planning and investment management.
Jason Lukaszewicz, Medford, Ore.—Jason graduated from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon, and joined Moss Adams in 1997. He is heavily involved in the office’s Manufacturing and Distribution practice and also leads the office’s Employee Benefit Plan practice.
Robert O’Neill, Portland, Ore.—Robert joined Moss Adams in 2007 with 11 years of public accounting experience. He specializes in State and Local Taxes.
Robert Reynolds, Sacramento, Calif.—Bob joined Moss Adams in 2007. He has 12 years of government experience with the California Franchise Tax Board and focuses on the firm’s State and Local Tax practice.
Chris Rouen, Sacramento, Calif.—Chris joined Moss Adams in 2005 and has 15 years of public accounting experience. Chris’ current practice focus is in the Construction and Real Estate group.
Bret Rutter, Seattle, Wash.—Bret joined Moss Adams in 1997. He spent the first eight years of his career in the Seattle practice office, where he focused on Construction, Real Estate, and Manufacturing clients. In 2004, Bret’s proficiency with technology and well-rounded auditing skills led to his transfer to the Professional Practice Group in the corporate office.
Jay Silverstein, Santa Rosa, Calf.—Jay joined Moss Adams in 2001 with more than 10 years experience as a tax attorney with a law firm. Jay is a highly technical Wealth Services specialist serving high net worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Bill Sturges, Los Angeles, Calif.—Bill joined Moss Adams in 2006 with over five years of public accounting experience. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, earned an M.B.A. from UC Davis, and received his Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University (GGU). He currently acts as an Adjunct Professor of Taxation at GGU. Bill focuses primarily on middle-market Manufacturing and Distribution clients, with an emphasis on the apparel industry.
