The Microsoft Vendor Data Protection Requirements (DPR) apply to all Microsoft vendors that collect, use, distribute, access, or store Microsoft Personal Information as part of services provided under purchase order or contract with Microsoft. If Microsoft provides you any data that identifies or can be used to identify this information, you may be responsible for compliance. Our DPR examinations are conducted in accordance with AICPA attestation standards and include an opinion as to compliance.
