2007 Idaho MGMA Survey
Hiring and retaining quality staff can be critical to the success of a medical practice. Vacant positions are becoming increasingly difficult to fill. Potential applicants with experience are demanding top dollar wages to accept positions, and frequently play one potential employer off the other with stories of the salaries available elsewhere.
Are your salaries and benefits reasonable, and in line with other medical providers in the area? This survey can help you answer these questions as few other resources can.
This Idaho Medical Group Management Salary and Benefit Survey is sponsored, developed and compiled through joint efforts of the Idaho Medical Group Management Association Salary Survey Committee and Moss Adams LLP.
All IMGMA members receive a copy of the salary survey as part of IMGMA membership. Non-IMGMA members who participated in the survey will also receive a copy.
Non-members who do not participate in the survey may purchase the results from IMGMA for $200.00.
