Lisa Colacurcio, Managing Director, Real Estate Fund Management, Gemdale USA

Lisa Colacurcio is the Managing Director, Gemdale USA, a subsidiary of a major Chinese real estate developer with USD42bn in assets. Ms Colacurcio is Head of Fund Management for Gemdale USA and recently closed a West Coast Value-Add Investment Fund. She is also Board Member CTBC Bank Corp USA.

John Ho, Chief Executive Officer , Landsea Homes

John Ho is chief executive officer for Landsea. He is responsible for managing all U.S. operations and is focused on acquisitions, development and sales of residential properties as well as value-added services in the U.S. Before joining Landsea, Mr. Ho worked at leading global real estate investment management and consulting firms Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle. While working at Jones Lang LaSalle, he served as director and vice president. He led the firm in cross-border business development, focusing on delivering transactional, consultancy and other integrated real estate services to outbound Chinese businesses investing overseas. Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in international relations from the University of Southern California.

Brad Griggs, Managing Partner, Blake Griggs Properties, LLC

Brad Griggs is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Blake|Griggs Properties, LLC, a private commercial real estate investment. development and services company based in Danville, California. Mr. Griggs has developed more than $3.5 billion of real estate investment totaling over 7,500 apartment units, 40 extended-stay hotels, and 2,000 for-sale residential homes. He also has acquired and sold for either his own account or that of companies he has worked for more than $1 billion of existing apartment communities. Spanning a career of over 35 years, Mr. Griggs was the former Executive Vice President/Chief Investment Officer for BRE Properties, Inc., a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust; Senior Vice President with Security Capital Group’s Homestead Village; Project Director for The Fieldstone Company; Director of Operations for M.J. Brock/Ryland Homes; and Apartment Division Manager for Pacific Scene Properties, Inc. Mr. Griggs holds a degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic School at San Luis Obispo and is an inactive licensed California State Architect. Brad is a full member of Urban Land Institute.
