Kunaal has practiced public accounting since 2007. He primarily assists multi-national companies in the technology, life sciences, and entertainment industries. His experience includes federal, state, and international tax compliance; ASC 740 (formerly known as FAS 109); and provision preparation and review.

John Monahan, Partner, Moss Adams

John has practiced public accounting since 1988. He advises companies on tax compliance and income tax reporting matters, including tax filing positions, complex transactions, and ASC 740 reporting requirements. He has served clients in the public and private sectors, working with firms and organizations both large and small.

Brian Wong, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Brian has practiced public accounting since 2010. He provides tax and consulting services related to ASC 740; income tax compliance; research and development tax credits; international tax planning; state and local tax planning; tax accounting methods; and mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Brian has spent the majority of his career working with technology companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to large multinational firms.

Desiree Klassen, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Desiree has practiced public accounting 2004. She specializes in providing tax compliance, consulting, and provision services to clients in a wide range of industries, including medical device, technology, and life sciences. Desiree has extensive ASC 740 experience and has prepared income tax provision computations on behalf of several public and private companies in addition to assisting audit professionals in the review of income tax provisions prepared by third parties. She is proficient with advanced ASC 740 concepts including those associated with mergers & acquisitions, multistate and international operations, and uncertain tax positions.
