Rebecca Pomering, Partner, Chief Practice Officer, Moss Adams

As chief practice officer, Rebecca oversees the firm's client service and growth strategies. She’s responsible for implementation and growth of the firm's national industry practices, as well as the firmwide marketing and business development functions. Rebecca joined the firm in 1997 and spent 11 years as a management consultant, providing consulting services to wealth management firms across the country on business strategy and management.

Shelley Eisenhandler, Partner, McLagan division of Aon

Shelley leads McLagan’s alternative asset management business and her work focuses on helping clients link performance to reward, including selection, assessment, career progression, HR effectiveness, engagement, performance management and compensation. She spends a significant amount of her time focusing in on pay equity, diversity and inclusion and technology convergence.

Dr. Sanjay Rishi, CEO, Corporate Solutions at JLL

Sanjay leads the Americas team dedicated to helping clients create, shape, and manage the future of work by enhancing the performance of their workplaces, real estate portfolios, and people. For 25 years, Sanjay has helped large, global businesses leverage technology to achieve their ambitions. Sanjay is the author of the forthcoming book: “The Workplace You Need Now: Shaping Spaces for the Future of Work” by Wiley Publishing, October 2021.

Junko Swain, Chief Accounting Officer, Upwork

Junko has spent her career, over 25 years, in the finance and accounting world. She has experience working in a range of environments, from a multibillion-dollar public company, to startups including two IPOs. The various roles she held put her in charge of shared services strategy, accounting, finance systems, stock administration, payroll, tax, SOX, and SEC reporting, which all gave her insight and knowledge for her current role as Chief Accounting Officer at Upwork in San Francisco.
