Gerardo has been with Moss Adams since 2002 and focuses on delivering accounting and assurance services to private and public middle-market and emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries. He has been a member of the firm’s Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Board and the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting working group. Additionally, he has served as Executive Sponsor for the firm’s LatinX and PRiDE business resource groups.

Dena Herbolich, Partner, Moss Adams

Dena has practiced public accounting since 1993. She’s the leader of the firm’s Professional Services National Practice and serves as a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Advisory Board at Moss Adams. As a champion for I&D efforts, Dena is involved in multiple business resource groups at the firm and is the executive sponsor for the Washington Region PRiDE business resource group.

Ella F. Washington, PH.D., CEO of Ellavate Solutions and Professor of Practice at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of B, Ellavate Solutions and Georgetown University

Dr. Ella F. Washington is an organizational psychologist, the founder and CEO of Ellavate Solutions, and Professor of Practice at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Dr. Washington continues to deepen her research pipeline as a Gallup Senior Scientist studying race, strengths, and other diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) workplace topics. Her research and client work focus on women in the workplace, barriers to inclusion for diverse groups, and working with organizations to build inclusive cultures.

Carolyn Kalafut, Senior People Science Consultant, Glint

Carolyn Kalafut is a senior people science consultant at Glint, where she advises clients on the design and implementation of solutions that drive people success. Before joining Glint, Carolyn worked as the manager of talent and engagement at a global Fortune 500, with a focus on leading the reimagining of their global engagement practice. In addition, she supported DEI efforts and served on the leadership team for the Women’s Business Resource Group.
