Provider Relief Fund: Prepare for Period 2 Reporting

The reporting window for Period 2 for the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) is scheduled to open January 1, 2022, through March 31, 2022. Phase 4 and American Rescue Plan (ARP) Rural Payments began in November 2021 and will continue through the first quarter of 2022.
