She manages federal and state tax consulting and compliance matters related to incentives for renewable energy development. Irina regularly consults on state income and franchise, sales and use, and property tax incentives related to corporate expansions or relocations.

Jonathan Gates, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Jonathan joined the firm’s Tangible Asset Incentive Services group in 2012, specializing in construction and real estate, with additional focus in the food, beverage, and agriculture industries. He has provided federal and state taxation services to a variety of clients who own, operate, invest, and manage all types of real estate assets. He has extensive knowledge in cost segregation studies, fixed-asset valuations, Tangible Property Regulation studies, and tax depreciation optimization studies.

RL has worked in public accounting since 2008. His focus is business and individual taxation, and he has extensive experience providing comprehensive tax services and general business consulting to construction, real estate, and manufacturing companies. He has supervised and directed planning, research, and compliance projects.
