Bill Vyenielo, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

A 25-plus year veteran in the wine industry, Bill partners with winery and vineyard clients to assist them in successfully navigating the operational and financial challenges of running their business. Bill helps clients identify and track key operational and financial performance indicators to gauge progress and improve accountability across teams. He also evaluates an operation’s talent, systems, policies, and procedures to identify ways to improve.

Cathy Huyghe, Cofounder, Enolytics

Cathy is an entrepreneur, writer, and mindfulness proponent. She is the cofounder of Enolytics, a technology-centric disruptor and provider of business solutions for the wine industry. She has written about the business and politics of the wine industry, and she also co-creates the content for A Balanced Glass, a community dedicated to wellness in the wine and spirits world.

Chris Bitter , Ph.D., Senior Analyst, Terrain: American AgCredit

As a part of the Terrain team of economists, he delivers analysis to the customers of American AgCredit, Farm Credit Services of America, and Frontier Farm Credit. Chris is responsible for the Winescape™ report series, which shares research and insights for the business of vineyards and wineries.

Glenn Proctor, Partner, Terrain: The Ciatti Company

At the Ciatti Company, Glenn brokers wine and grapes between buyers and sellers. He advises clients on their supply positioning and works closely with growers and wineries in marketing their grapes and wine. He has over 30 years of experience relating to wine supply strategy, wine-grape quality and production, brand strategy, and business development.
