Troy Hawes, Managing Director, Moss Adams

Troy is a managing director with the Cybersecurity Consulting practice at Moss Adams and has been providing IT consulting services since 2001. Troy serves clients in a variety of industries including communications and media, utilities and critical infrastructure, health care, and higher education. He is adept at working with the specialty IT compliance and security needs of SEC registrants, private businesses, government, and Tribal entities.

Cam Schilling, AAI, MLIS, AFIS, Senior Vice President, USI

Cam specializes in finding creative and strategic risk management and insurance solutions to protect his clients’ assets. With an underwriting background, and a focus in professional and executive risk, Cam has a strong foundation to identify operational exposures and address gaps in coverage.

Ryan Bumrungkittikul, Director, KeyBanc Capital Markets–Native American Financial Services, KeyBanc

Ryan has been a relationship manager for Key’s Native American Financial Services since 2014, and in the Banking industry since 1999. Together with his partnerships across the bank, Ryan delivers the full capabilities of Key to Tribes and Tribal enterprises across the country.

Liz Morgan, Lead Payments Advisor, Native American Financial Services, KeyBank

Liz is based in Seattle, Wash., and has worked in banking, treasury, and cash management since 2002. She uses a consultative approach to construct a personalized product offering. She joined the payments team at KeyBank in 2022 and is passionate and solely dedicated to serving Indian Country as the lead payments advisor on the Native American Financial Services Group.

Ben Rechkemmer, Managing Director, Native American Financial Services, KeyBank

Ben is Managing Director and Head of Native American Financial Services, responsible for leading a team of banking professionals who serve Indian Country across the United States in addition to managing a portfolio of business. Ben joined KeyBank in 2004 to help launch Native American Financial Services and has been Head of the Native American Financial Services team since 2023. Ben has more than 20 years of corporate banking experience serving Native American Tribes and has facilitated funding of over $10 billion in global credit commitments. He advises his clients on traditional banking products as well as capital markets solutions.

Discuss emerging risks impacting Tribal entities and how the commercial insurance market has responded to such risks. Identify strategies to better manage, mitigate, and finance these risks at the lowest net cost to the Tribe.
