Parking is free at the surface parking lots except where there’s designated signage. Enter the parking lot from Hanover Street. Park in the lower surface lot when you enter the premises and take the stairs closest to the building to reach the plaza level. Walk along the pathway to reach the center of the plaza where you’ll see DLA Piper on the right. While there’s an upper surface parking lot, spaces are limited and reserved for guests who must avoid stairs.

In 2012, he completed a two-year fellowship in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the SEC, where his responsibilities included consulting on technical accounting matters and monitoring the FASB’s standard-setting projects. While at the SEC, John also participated in the staff’s IFRS Work Plan, presented to the AICPA Banking Conference, and consulted with other regulators on a variety of topics.
Daniel has practiced public accounting since 2010. He serves companies ranging from emerging growth to multinational public entities in various technology sectors including semiconductor, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), internet, computer devices, and networking systems.
Daniel has extensive experience in complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, share-based payments, business combinations, and distinguishing liabilities from equity.
Jessie specializes in organizational development work including strategic planning, succession planning, process improvement, organizational and operational assessments, compensation benchmarking, and structure and staffing assessments.
She’s a leader in the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Practice, and provides strategic insights to organizations navigating the complexities of ESG at any phase of their journey, including start-up, ESG strategy development, ESG risk assessment and management, reporting, policies, procedures, and governance practices. She works closely with organizations across industries to support integrated business practices and achievement of goals.
Jessica advises general counsel, boards of directors, and audit committees on their most high-stakes and challenging legal issues including matters that range from internal and government investigations, criminal price-fixing, and violations of securities laws; to whistle blower complaints and compliance design challenges; to theft of trade secrets, data privacy initiatives, and cybersecurity matters. She has represented clients in parallel SEC and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations and has successfully interfaced with state Attorneys General, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Commerce Department, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and numerous international agencies. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and active member.
Raul represents domestic and international project developers, sponsors, financial institutions, investment funds, and others in project development, M&A, finance, and other related matters in the US and internationally. His practice has a significant emphasis on the energy, infrastructure, and financial sectors, including renewable energy, energy transition, storage; purchase; and sale of tax credits, and oil and gas. His clients have also relied on his counsel for other corporate matters and bet the company transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, financings, loan restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings, distressed M&A transactions, and other related matters.
Edmund focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, venture and angel investing, and M&A. He works with technology companies and investors at all stages, with a particular focus on AI, cleantech, and blockchain. Edmund regularly represents venture capital funds and corporate venture investors in preferred and bridge investments in early-stage and late-stage technology companies.
