Adam Chamberlain, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Adam has extensive experience with C-corporations, S-corporations, and complex partnerships and includes working with private and publicly held businesses as well as individuals, trusts, and estates. He has advised and assisted clients across a variety of industries, including technology, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services. During his career, Adam has worked both in-house and within professional services firms, further augmenting his skillset and value as a tax professional. His experience includes transaction planning, ASC 740 provisions, international tax, and M&A.

Randy Churchill, CPA, Director, Moss Adams

Randy specializes in IRS examinations, accounting methods, and accounting for clients’ income tax issues, with a focus on serving various alternative investment funds and advisors, financial institutions, and financial service firms. Randy’s experience includes 16 years working at Washington Mutual, where he was responsible for tax due diligence and structuring for more than 30 acquisitions as Washington Mutual grew from total assets of $6 billion in 1989 to more than $300 billion in 2006. He has been responsible for more than two dozen coordinated IRS examinations, as well as for the tax aspects of the formation of a parent holding company and the merger of the two largest bank entities in 2005.
