Mike Lumsden, Tax Manager, Moss Adams

Mike has practiced public accounting since 2010 and specializes in assisting tax-exempt organizations on compliance and consulting tax issues. Mike has served a wide variety of tax-exempt entities, including higher education, health care, museums, aquariums, and associations. His expertise includes planning, research, compliance, and consulting in areas including annual tax filings, unrelated business income tax issues, intermediate sanctions and compensation issues, application for tax-exempt status and entity formation, and state and international tax compliance.

Pamela Alexanderson, Tax Director, Moss Adams

Pam has practiced public accounting since 2008. She has considerable experience in tax compliance and consulting as well as unrelated business income and board governance, and focuses on large multi-national organizations, community charities, health care providers, and educational institutions. Pam devotes much of her time to helping for-profit and tax-exempt organizations with unique tax issues, strategic planning, and compliance services. She sits on the firm’s tax committee for not-for-profit organizations.
