Speakers

Chris Bell, Partner, Moss Adams

Chris leads the firm’s health care tax practice, and has been in public accounting since 2005. His sole focus is providing tax and business planning services to health care entities throughout California. Prior to his career in public accounting, he managed a medical practice. He is a frequent speaker and author on tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, as well as transaction planning in health care.

Colleen Ramires, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Colleen began her career in public accounting in 2004. She has worked with several not-for-profit entities including public hospitals, health care organizations and foundations. Her experience includes tax planning, tax return compliance and consulting in areas such as the Afforable Care Act, unrelated business income, and employee benefits. Within the firm, she is frequently tapped as a technical and review resource for Form 990.
