Lauren Haverlock, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Lauren has practiced public accounting since 2004. She provides compliance and consulting services for all types of exempt organizations, including public charities in the health care and higher education industries as well as experience working with private foundations. Lauren works with organizations in all phases of their lifecycles, from formation to dissolution. She consults on a wide range of issues including public support planning, reasonable compensation best practices, tax impact of alternative investments, lobbying and political activities, unrelated business income tax planning, foreign activities, charity watchdog optimization, and tax exempt bond compliance.

Colleen Ramires, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Colleen has practiced public accounting since 2008. She provides tax compliance, research and consulting services to a wide variety of not-for-profit entities. These include health care services, social services, the arts, higher education, associations and credit unions, as well as private and public foundations. Some of her expertise includes tax reform, unrelated business income, private foundation requirements, Affordable Care Act compliance and exempt status structuring, application, and maintenance.
