Roy Deaver, National Tax Partner, International, Moss Adams

Roy has provided tax services to clients since 1996, focusing on international tax matters since 2000. He has worked in both public accounting and in industry, allowing him to provide practical tax advice to his clients. He works closely with them to help reduce their worldwide effective tax rate through tax-efficient financing, efficient cash management, repatriation of earnings to the United States, and transfer pricing analysis.

Ken Harvey, Partner, International Tax, Moss Adams

Ken has worked in public accounting since 1988, including 12 years as a partner and principal at Big Four firms. Ken is a specialist in international tax and advises clients on international tax planning, strategic cross border transactions, and investments both into and from the United States. His focus is reducing tax burdens through appropriate business planning and effective tax compliance. Ken has spent most of his career in California, but his experience includes six years on assignment in Australia and in Hong Kong. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including technology (eCommerce, software, chips, and original equipment manufacturers), film and television media, biotechnology and life sciences, financial services (private equity and real estate funds), manufacturing and export incentives, and diversified consumer products.
