Darren Lo, Director, Moss Adams

Darren has been providing transfer pricing consulting to various multinational and middle-market companies since 1999. He has extensive experience in evaluating and comparing transfer pricing strategies, economic modeling, and providing support for planning and compliance with local transfer pricing rules. Darren has a thorough understanding of transactions including intangible property migration buy-ins and cost sharing and transfers of tangible and intangible goods, services, royalties, and loans. He has experience with companies in a wide variety of industries including technology (hardware and software), clothing and apparel, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, aerospace, automotive, food processing, and mining.

Christine Ballard, Partner, Moss Adams

Chris has been practicing public accounting since 1988, beginning her career in the federal tax group and specializing in international tax planning for inbound and outbound businesses. She assists venture-backed companies and their investor groups in designing tax efficient holding structures. Chris has extensive experience with Subpart F issues, export incentives, cash planning, and treaty planning. She works closely with internal accounting and tax teams with respect to international tax needs, implementing and monitoring transfer pricing strategies, conducting due diligence reviews, and establishing global service platforms.

Sunil Arora , Partner, ASA & Associates

Sunil leads the taxation function of the firm at the New Delhi office. He carries rich experience in devising transfer pricing policies and defending them before the tax authorities. An expert on international taxation, Sunil has advised several foreign companies on permitted operation strategy in India, structuring issues, tax planning avenues and various other facets of cross border taxation involving interpretation of complex bilateral tax treaties. He has also gained hands on experience in dealing with complex issues on taxation of expatriates in India. Sunil has successfully represented his clients in contract negotiations, various tax and appellate bodies including the Commissioner (Appeals) as well as the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP).
