Christie Jacobs, IRS Director of the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Tribal Governments, Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

Christie has worked closely with tribal governments and has extensive experience with a wide variety of existing and emerging tribal and gaming issues. She has developed a close and positive relationship with tribal governments, regulators, tax professionals and other stakeholders.

Patty Mayer, Tax Director, Moss Adams

Patty Mayer has practiced public accounting since 1984. She provides tax and related tax planning services with an emphasis on not-for-profit and tribal organizations. Patty works predominately with public charities, private foundations, and tribal organizations. She is a leader of our Southern California not-for-profit tax practice and a member of our Not-for-Profit Tax Committee.

Ryan Luetkemeyer, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Ryan Luetkemeyer has practiced accounting since 2001. He provides professional services exclusively to tribal governments and enterprises. His experience includes responsibility for all phases of audit engagement execution, assisting clients with technical financial reporting matters, and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
