Rich Croghan, Partner, Moss Adams

Rich has been in public accounting since 1991. He primarily serves small and midsize life science, technology, and health care organizations, including pharmaceutical companies, research companies, medical device companies, digital health companies, hospitals, physician groups, and ancillary service organizations. He provides tax and consulting services related to ASC 740 calculations and documentation, tax return preparation, research and development tax credits, international tax planning, state and local tax planning, tax accounting methods, and mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Adam Cline, Partner, Moss Adams

Adam has been providing state and local tax planning for public and privately held clients since 2005, and routinely assists clients with Washington tax matters in the areas of audits and appeals, refund requests, voluntary disclosure and amnesty, letter rulings, tax planning and structuring, tax incentives, and nexus analysis. Adam also assists clients with multistate income and franchise tax matters in the areas of tax provisions and reserves, nexus, allocation and apportionment, business versus nonbusiness income, filing methodologies, and pass-through issues such as withholding and composite filing.

Shannan Gardner, Partner, Moss Adams

Shannan has been in public accounting since 1995, including 11 years with a Big Four firm. Her focus is providing tax consulting and compliance services to public and private companies in the technology and manufacturing industries. Shannan’s experience includes tax provision assistance, income tax consulting, assistance with implementation of internal controls, documentation and computation of uncertain tax positions, consulting relative to tax issues inherent in mergers and acquisitions, and representation of companies under examination by the IRS and state taxing authorities.

Seung Yoo, Partner, Moss Adams

Seung has been practicing public accounting since 2006, primarily serving multinational corporations with tax and finance operations. He specializes in corporate income taxation and helps clients with a range of complex federal and international tax issues, including intercompany transactions, business combinations, and post-merger integration. He has extensive experience with international projects in Asia, such as advising on tax dispute matters in India, China, and South Korea, and has worked in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, and aircraft leasing.
