She has provided consulting in the areas of federal and state R&D tax credits, R&D expense deductions, and IRS and state exams of R&D tax credits. She has significant experience working with S corporations and partnerships claiming the credit and understands the unique opportunities and challenges facing these types of entities.

Sarah Correia, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Sarah assists agribusiness companies in identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities and resolving exposure matters. She works closely with the Department of Revenue to achieve favorable results for clients.

Gabriel Sermeno, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Gabriel consults clients on statutory and discretionary credits and incentives related to economic development activity such as job creation and retention, capital investment, and employee training. He also advises clients on multi-state incentive opportunities related to site selection, corporate expansion, and relocation. In addition, he assists clients in obtaining awards from various federal and state incentive programs.

Liddy joined Moss Adams in our R&D Tax Services practice following several years performing R&D tax credit studies at a regional public accounting firm. She’s worked with R&D tax credit clients since 2015 and has significant experience providing services to a wide range of industries, including food & beverage. She primarily works with clients in the Washington and Oregon regions.
