Mark has been in public accounting since 1999, developing tax-efficient strategies for manufacturing, distribution, transportation, construction, and real estate companies. He provides tax planning, consulting, and compliance solutions for individuals, closely held businesses, partnerships, and corporations, and he specializes in the many tax-saving opportunities available to manufacturers, including LIFO inventory accounting and the domestic activities production deduction. His additional areas of expertise include certain mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Mark Edwards, Senior Director of Cybersecurity, Moss Adams

Mark is an information security veteran who has been solving corporate cybersecurity problems since 2001. His background includes experience working as a global cybersecurity and privacy consultant covering a wide range of industry groups, regulations (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, CFS, etc.), and frameworks (NIST, ISO, HITRUST CSF, COBIT, etc.). He helps commercial entities be protected from cyber theft and digital losses through his deep technical understanding of security technologies and solutions as well as a strong knowledge of global threats and compliance requirements.

Jennifer Young, Director, State and Local Tax, Moss Adams

Jennifer has provided tax assistance to large multistate companies since 1992. She delivers state income, franchise, sales, Washington B&O, and property tax experience in multiple industries, with a specialization in transportation and logistics. She has experience in incentives identification and negotiation, audit defense and settlement, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, tax accounting, and entity simplification. Jennifer has also performed and reviewed multi-state nexus and apportionment studies, and tax provisions including documentation of uncertain tax positions.

Jet Wales, Managing Director, Moss Adams Captial

Jet has over 25 years of experience advising owners and CEOs of middle-market companies. He specializes in strategic, advisory, and transaction planning; sell-side and buy-side advisory services; and capital-raising activities. Jet has experience advising business owners and CEOs through the entire transaction process, including the early preparation stage.

Jesse Proctor, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Jesse has practiced public accounting since 2007. He provides corporate audit, review, transaction, and consulting services for clients in the manufacturing, consumer products, transportation, and logistics industries. Jesse began his career at a Big Four firm and worked in private industry before joining Moss Adams.
