Kurt Lippmann, Partner, Moss Adams

Kurt has been in public accounting since 1996 providing services to middle-market companies and closely held businesses. His experience includes all aspects of business and executive tax advisory services including strategic corporate tax planning, business entity structuring, succession, and planning for shareholders and executives. As the national aerospace practice leader of the firm, Kurt provides services to a variety of businesses dedicated to maintenance, repair, overhaul, composites, avionics, interior design and manufacturing, engineering and design, tooling, and precision machining.

Abe Nour, Director, Moss Adams

Abe is a leader of Moss Adams Transaction Advisory Services, with more than 15 years focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence advisory. He has worked on numerous transactions for leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely-held businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations. Abe’s experience includes assisting private equities, strategic buyers, and corporations with their acquisition and divesture processes, including initial deal analysis, due diligence, and restructuring.

Tan Le, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Tan has practiced public accounting since 2009. He has participated in all phases of tax preparation for a variety of businesses. Tan focuses on federal, state, and international tax matters for owners and their businesses, making sure they meet tax compliance requirements and providing solutions to help them manage their tax liability. His experience includes accelerated depreciation, tax methods, IC-DISC entities, and tax credits.

Shane Griffiths, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Shane has practiced public accounting since 2011. He primarily assists public and privately held clients with state and local tax matters—audits, refund requests, tax planning and structuring, and letter rulings—and provides insight on multistate income and franchise tax. His expertise also includes sales and use tax matters, including nexus, taxability analysis, voluntary disclosure, and pass-through issues such as withholding and composite filing. He primarily works with clients in the aerospace, manufacturing and distribution, and retail industries.
