Chris Bell is a partner and national practice leader for the Medical Groups & Physicians practice at Moss Adams LLP. He has practiced public accounting since 2005 and he provides tax, strategic planning, and transaction planning services to health care organizations. He is a frequent speaker and author on the CARES Act, tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, and health care policy. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Chris worked in the health care industry for several years.

Lori Laubach, Partner, Health Care Consulting, Moss Adams

Lori Laubach is a partner and leader of the Government Compliance and Internal Audit Health Care Consulting Practice at Moss Adams. She has been in health care consulting and public accounting since 1991. Lori has experience consulting for the private sector and not-for-profit organizations, including regulatory compliance program development and monitoring for integrated hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, single specialty clinics, mental health centers, and community health centers; forensic reviews; operational and revenue bench-marking projects; revenue cycle assessments; operational reviews; and risk assessments of physician groups and integrated systems. She is a frequent speaker and author of several health care compliance topics.

Georgia Green, Manager, Health Care Consulting, Moss Adams

Georgia Green has worked in the health care industry since 2011. She provides strategic and operational consulting services to health care providers and payers. Georgia has extensive experience in helping clients integrate value-based care models, such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), from start to finish, including strategic analysis, program design, budgeting, contracting, waiver development, training, compliance, reporting, and performance improvement. Georgia also has experience in developing population health revenue optimization programs. Georgia has worked strategically with many rural organizations to assist them in overcoming their unique challenges and capitalizing on advantages. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Georgia co-founded a non-profit (National Rural Accountable Care Consortium) and a population health services organization (Caravan Health) serving community health systems before starting her own consulting practice.
