Garrett joined GPA to serve as the Chief Investment Officer, where he is responsible for setting investment strategy and monitoring risk in client portfolios. He directly advises clients on all aspects of the investment management process, including the development and implementation of fixed-income portfolio strategies, establishing duration targets, portfolio risk management and credit analysis.

Jim Lanzarotta, Partner, Moss Adams

Jim has practiced public accounting since 1984 and specializes in providing audit, accounting, and consulting services to governmental entities, including state agencies, counties, cities, universities and their foundations, port and transportation authorities, and water, sewer, and other special districts. Jim just completed six years of services as an appointed member of the Financial Accounting Foundation’s Governmental Accounting Standards Advisory Council, a group of leaders responsible for advising GASB on issues related to the financial accounting and reporting by state and local governments.
